I have a 2006 crf150f and it sputters when I give it throttle especially at high rpm. I replaced all the carb lines, cleaned the carb, adjusted the air ful mixture.and Plugged in a brand new oem cdi. and the same thing. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Sure sounds like a case of the choke being in the mid position rather than all the way off. Sounds like you covered a lot of bases and this would be pretty simple...but sure sounds familiar.
