Frankly the OEM exhaust is just about as good as it gets for performance. Aside from its weight compared to aftermarket units it does a good job. Know that louder exhaust volume is a false sense of added performance. There a is a couple of things that you can do to improve its flow. Cleaning up the weld bead on the inside of the head pipe flange at the cylinder end for one. Some have modified the muffler diffuser. There is a guy named Mike Coe (a former Honda Factory ATC racer) who is an expert on 150/230 motors and their performance. There are other less expensive and more productive mods than an aftermarket exhaust on these motors. Google Mike Coe CRF150/230. Good info supported by Dyno testing.
