Any tips or tricks for weight?

I just bought an 04 crf 150f and just got the power up kit and it works great! But I was just wondering if there are any easy ways to shed some weight. Thanks.[/b]

Most significant parts swap will be lithium battery and aftermarket muffler. Pirelli tires are pretty light.

Minor savings that can add up: lighter bars, levers, chain, rear sprocket.

Easiest is always the rider and the gear they wear.
Some boots and helmets can be quite heavy and there is lighter gear that gives the same protection. Might be dearer to buy but makes the riding easier too.

The standard mufflers can be quite heavy, just make sure your after market keeps it quiet to protect our sport.

Riding with half a tank of fuel reduces weight too but depends where you are riding if this is worthwhile.
