hello all please tell me what i did wrong i did everything honda said to do with my 150 and it dont feel right its got alot more low end and mid pulls the front wheel in 3rd but it seems like it doesnt want to top out NO TOP END i put the needle, 42 pilot, 115 main jet, twin air filter, gutted the exhaust, gutted the air box needle in the middle but it just wont pull rpm in top gears i did test it at 20 degrees f. the plug looked perfect temp maybe or did i do something wrong anybody know
