Can not get my 09 150 to rev out sounds really flat. It has done this since we got it, just changed the exhaust and carb and made no diff, checked fuel line and filter, could the timing be out? any help would be much apprecaited

all i can tell you is check the vavles and make sure the stock jets are in it.
