    Exaust baffle-jett

I own a 2004 bone stock crf 150 and i recently took the baffle out. The bike starts easily but seems to take forever to warm up, its constantly sputtering untill it gets real warm. I was wondering if i have to rejett it and do any airbox mods. after taking out the baffle? What size jetts would you guys reccomend? Thanks

I just rejetted my wifes this week. From my research online, this is what I did. I took out the baffle, ripped out the snorkle on the air box (take off the seat and grab the opening to the airbox and rip it out so it breathes better) and then rejetted it with these jets.

-99103-KPT-0420-Slow jet (42 being the size, stock is 40)

-99113-GHB-1150-Main jet (115 being the size, stock is 98)

I also changed the needle. The stock one only had 2 positions, and everyone said put it on the forth one up. And the needle I ordered was this...

    16012-KPT-921-Needle set

Call your Honda dealer and give them these part #'s. They can order them for you.

After doing this to the bike, It started right up, no problems. And idled perfect.

    Hope this helps:)
