Baffle taken out of stock 04'

Hi, i own a stock 04' 150f and i recently took the baffle out of the silencer. I was wondering if anyone has done this also and did they ever re-jett it afterward? It seems sometimes the bike studders after i took out the baffle. What can i do to make it run smoother? Thanks
