Bent Triple Clamp?

OK, we got this used crf150f and I think it might have a bent triple clamp. Has anyone ever hear of this happening?
As you ride the bike down the road the front tire and fender go to the right a little when the bars are straight. The bars were bent when I got the bike, but they were replaced. I took the front forks off thinking just maybe it was a bent fork tube. Fork tubes are fine. So I pulled the triple clamp off of the bike. Cleaned it up and greased the bearings. As I put it together I made sure everything was lined up right. When I went to put in the forks it was off by 1/8" to 1/4". The only way to get the forks back in was to loosen the triple clamp and put them in first. Then again the front end didn't ride straight. So I'm thinking the triple clamp got bent some how.
