    I don't know here.
Talked to my service mngr. says that at a lower bore but increased stroke will make less horsepower, but increase torque hmmmm.....
Will have to wait for a dyno... love that mine's 7 lbs. lighter ha!

Ok lets get this out of the way Im a honda fan a big honda fan but and this is a big but WHY would you take an underpowered overweight small bore thumper and turn it into a MORE underpowered, MORE overweight, SMALLER bore thumper. but I will give credit where credit is due to balence out the discrepinces above they added an e-start becuase apparently no one can KICK over a 150cc engine le just say Im glad I have an 04

iVaN, the 230F has about 16-17 HP. The 250X is about double that, 32-34 HP. The 450 is up in the high 40's.

Ya man totaly diferent bikes. I havent ridden oe yet. I was gonna think about getting a 450 but most people will say that its way too much power if ur coming from a 230. So i think i will work my way up.

ok, this is the 1st ive heard of a new crf150, ive gt the 03 crf150 and iim bout 5"9 and about 180lbs and its way 2 under powered for me, and now they take it down from 156cc to 149cc is stupid. why do lots of people have problems kicking over their 150's mine starts 1st kick without choke, my friend has e-start on his 230 and i can kick my bike over just as quick as he can press the magic button

My reading has suggested the 450R is 55HP. I assume you're talking about the 450X.
sorry ya'll, i've got back to the darkside...

Idont know how much a kilogram is.

I rode my dads 450x and holy $hit does it move my took my bike (hes 6'8" and 250lbs) i was in 2nd he was wide open in 5th tring to stay w/ me as i pulled into 3rd I naild him with a roster tail I had to be going 70mph in THIRD from those 5min i can tell that throttle controll is going to be hard to get used to if I cranked it like II do on my 150 I would have gone over back wards
btw is any one into snowsleds is so I just got an '06 ski-doo mxz rev 600 high output w/ adreniline suspention. for some reason they dont have short names like crf150
