crf150f axle bolt size?

Anyone the know the size of the axle bolt? I'm trying to change my rear tire but I cant get off the bolt. I tried a 18mm but its a little bigger than that. Any help is appreciated.
I believe the head is a 17mm, and the nut is a 24mm.
That's what my 230 is, it's been a while since I had to do that on a 150F.
