Help, need stock float height...

Hello and thanks in advance, Can somebody tell me what the stock float height is? I bought a project bike and the guy who had it before me jacked the carb all up. It looks way too high with the floats almost touching the bottom of the carb before it closes the float valve. Any help is greatly appreciated as I need to get this bike running for my son's birthday.
