More like the motor turns and the rear wheel doesn't.

You throttle up and it doesn't pick up speed they way the engine does the plates are worn.

If the bike slips out of gear you have a gearbox problem.

It starts,it runs,it gets to where all CRFs can get to without the valve or valve plate dramas

How do you know if it's getting close?
My 230 clutch doesn't slip or drag, it just releases waay out on the pull. It is not the cable either.
I'm just afraid i'll be out on the trail one day and it'll just turn loose when I drop the clutch.
What all of the 3 components do you guys reccomend? I know the springs & friction plates are a must, but i've heard some say that the stock steel plates are actually reccomended...

check you clutch plates and presure plate. Measure them with a caliper and see if they are at their service limit. It sounds like the plates are worn because if it releases at the end the plates could be too thin therefore requireing a longer distance for the presure plate to travel to put presure on the plates to drive them. Check it out and post back my bike used to do the same thing.
