hey guys, just got my new bbr front heavy duty springs and not sure how much oil i need in Oz's or CC's the sheet says mm but i dont know how to measure the hieght. it would be so simple if i just had it in fluid Oz's. thanks bryan[/list]

oh ya, 05 150f and i want to put 15w in the forks, any comments? im 200 lbs.

I recommand 15W oil
