    how much fork oil?

    hey guys, just got my new bbr front heavy duty springs and not sure how much oil i need in Oz's or CC's the sheet says mm but i dont know how to measure the hieght. it would be so simple if i just had it in fluid Oz's. thanks bryan[/list]

    ASV F3 levers-5/10 case gaurd, oil plugs, engine plugs-pro-circit chain blocks-zip tie front and rear axle nuts-decal works mx backgrounds with one industries techno grphics-project 321 billet gas cap-twin air filter

    oh ya, 05 150f and i want to put 15w in the forks, any comments? im 200 lbs.

    I recommand 15W oil
