yesterday i went out to ride and it started and then stalled and i kicked it about twice and now the kick starter wont move at all and i dont know what to do now please help me guys

You might have stripped the ratchet gears on the kick shaft. Don't take it apart. Have your dad or someone who knows what they are doing take it apart. If you take it off and strip more splines off the ratchet gears, it will be evenn harder to fix, if not impossible. And if you cant fix it, you can probably buy a new kick shaft set-up from your local dealer for about $100.

the cam chain was stretched out needed a new one
