    2006 crf150 ignition removal

    how do i remove the keyed ignition on a 2006 crf150 with electric start. I lost my F$%#ing key. ive taken the gas tank off and there are only 3 wire going from the key to the harness what do i do........

    my bike only has 3 wire going from the key to the harness black,black and white, and red

    Disconnect all three. That starts my honda 2003 xr100 and it only has two wires. do the wires connect (to the tubular thing that holds the key) near the key or at the back(farthest from the key)?
    The key turned to the "on" position does not "finish" a circuit as one might think, but rather disconnects a "kill circuit".

    i did but than my electric start doesn't work and it doesn't have a kick start

    i really need help on this topic i want to ride my bike and the only starting method is electric start and removing all wires from the ignition doesn't help

    Do you have a meter? Do a continuity test on the three wires coming from the switch. See which two are connected when switch is on. Verify that they aren't when switch is off.

    Then connect those two wires from the disconnected loom.

    i don't have the key or metor to
    tell which wire control the electric start
