    Which pipe?

    by sbrjr89 » Sun May 01, 2005 1:02 pm

I have an almost stock 2004 CRF150F, I did change the front sproket and went down one tooth, and that gave me some low end power.
Now I'm looking for a new pipe and am not sure which one is the "right" one, I would like one that gives more middle of the road power not too much low end and not too much top end power.
I've been looking at the BBR, FMF, Joker, White Brothers pipes and I have'nt seen them on a bike or online but I see alot of them in magazines and parts catalogs its those japaneese pipes I'm not sure of the name but there on street bikes too I believe there called Yoshema or something like that.
The BBR is the only pipe that I have seen with the stats posted of before and after, so I figured that must be a good thing.
The White Brothers I've seen alot of, but dont know too much about them.
I saw in a parts catalog that the Joker pipes give a 25% power increase and I thaught that to be a bit much, so I'm a little scepticle of that.
I see the FMF pipes alot on bikes and in print. I also hear alot of good things about them too. Im just not sure which one would be good for me.
So if you could help me out and give me some advice on your knowladge and experience it would be greatly apriciated.
P.S. I ride in FL. and GA., so if you could help me on re-jetting that too would help
P.S.S. I ride mostly trails and in the woods
    THANK YOU VERY MUCH

from our own experience and feedback from customers the procircuit and big gun pipes seem to have an edge in performance on these smaller bore crf's.

Where to fing the evo "r" or "x"

    by sbrjr89 » Sun May 15, 2005 5:38 pm

I looked at the big gun exhaust website and the only pipe for the 150 is the evo mini, what did you do to get the r to fit? Also, does it come with a header too? Thank you

Is there a price difference between the mini and the X? Do they make an evo r for the 150/230?

    Thanks!
