you are talking about a 9.15 cubic inch motor making 12.8 hp.
thats about 1.4 hp per cu in.
you just don't have the cubes to make a noticable difference.
What are you going to gain another 3-5%, about .6 hp.

anything is worth doing , just dont expect much.
