racetech gold valve emulators

Has anyone installed these in the 230 f forks. This will be my next upgrade but am uncertian how they go in. I have looked around and have only been able to find information on how great they are but no info on how to install them. I have access to the service manual but have know Idea where they go in the front fork.
Help would be appreciated as I am trying to avoid the dealers rates to install...
