Finally getting the bits together .....got a set of triples from an 89 cr250,forks from 91 cr125,using crf230 wheel with bearings(6003) to suit cr axle,going to assemble in garage before stripping 230 but all seems right ,any views?have i missed anything?where did yall put the ignition switch??

When I did my conversion I simply removed the key.

P.S This method doesn't drain the battery. Good luck with your conversion. I haven't heard of many people using the stock wheel.

Thanks Kayno but as mine is road legal ,there would be insurance problems with having no key ignition,cant see why the stock wheel wont be good but need a dry assemble first to see ,will let yall know how it goes
