Shortening forks

Some guys have fitted cr125 forks and had them internally shortened so doesnt look like a chopper ,what piece are they shortening???

Yep cr125 usd,what do they shorten internally??

The circlip groove for the spring seat is recut and the rebound rod has a spacer installed limiting travel.
