Can you tighten chain on 05 crf230f?

    Can you tighten chain on 05 crf230f?

    I just purchased an 05 crf230f and have noticed that the chain seems to be pretty loose is there any way to tighten it or is that normal. Please Help Thanks, Ray

    "on the chain side" it was way out of adjustment!!!!!!!!!!!!Please for your safety take it to a bike shop ,your gonna get hurt :(

    You can't tighten the chain but you can move the rear axle.

    Get a manual! Only about $50 - cheaper than a mechanic, and these bikes are soooooo easy to work on!
