I am changing the springs in the forks on a 230 can anyone tell me what weight oil and how much it will take to fill.

im thinking 10-30 an 12oz per fork. may be wrong, call a honda dealer.

affter you put bigger fork springs into the fork you should take out alittle bit of oil but im not sure how much

12.9 oz of 10w fork oil. I run 15w to stiffen up a little.
With the forks fully compressed (spring out) the oil level should be 5.7 inches below the top of the fork tube.
