So I just rejetted my bike and ran into the tamper proof fuel screw. After pissing around with it for awhile, the whole cover broke off. Pictures below. I just ordered a new fuel screw, but how to I adjust it since the threads are in the case? Thanks.

You are hosed. There is a tool for the D shaped fuel screw or you use a spade connector (18-22AWG). Just push it on and unscrew. Other people have used a 22-18 AWG (red) splice heated with a heat gun.

You need a new housing. Here's an entire carb on ebay:

New carb runs $180

What about this? Why is it so cheap? It says it works with a 230.

You would have to mess with throttle linkage etc. No clue why it is so cheap. Your carb is a Keihin not a Mikuni.
