Hello there guys. I have a 04 230 with airbox mods rejetted power up kit and baffle removed. Just wondering if anyone on here has noticed a big difference between the stock exhaust with the baffle removed and a aftermarket exhaust. I have heard that the factory exhaust with the baffle removed performs just as good and you will not notice much difference but I am curious to your guys opinion.

Also is the twin air a better filter then the uni or are they both the same in performance? Thanks for all the help this site has been a great source of information for me.

Don't waste your money on an expensive exhaust and the bike is way too loud with the the baffle out.

Just modify the baffle so it can flow straight though and you'll be fine.

I've also used and have on a Pow-Roll header pipe , better on mid to top end.

If you relieve the back pressure too much you'll loose all your low end.
