I'm not sure how well balanced the 230 engine is but my son's has a noticeable vibration compared to my 250X.

It runs great and has ALL the Honda power-up options , just doesn't rev out smoothly.

Any suggestions I'd greatly appreciate.

I'll double check the motor mounts tonight.

I have a 230 also and it only vibrates when its almost completley revved out

Everything is tight , seems to be the nature of the bike design.

Rubber mounted handle bars would probably help.
