    how to adjust valves on a 2007 crf230f i have no clue,I am fairly new to the hobby,or should i say new to taking care of my bikes when i was younger i drove then till they died :oops:

    is thair an after market servce manuel that i can buy for my 2007 crf230 if so were. the one from honda is 120$ and i am to cheap

    The following link is what I used when I adjusted my valves last night. I have an 2003 model but I think your setup would be the same as well. The tools mentioned in the article also makes life easier when adjusting the valves. Hope this helps.

    The Helm manual for this bike is $48.00 plus $5.00 shipping. I would highly recommend purchasing it over continually looking for websites that have step by step procedures. Because eventually, you will need to work on other parts of the bike and they do a really good job with specifications and a ton of step by step pictures.

    I would use websites to supliment the procedures in your manual. But again, what do I know...
