    my crf230f, the shock in it give out and i need a new one but i don't think the right shock is in it in the first place. is the shock screw in the bottom of the fram because all the shock that i was looking at for my bike is not like the one that is in my bike now

    Frame! And it should screw into the linkage, which is located near the pivot point between the swingarm and the frame. If it were on the frame, no shock would be absorbed. And could you take the extra time to use correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation? It is kinda annoying....
