2003 Honda crf 230 immac & modified with the following parts:
• Rear Works shock top of the line $575.00 fully adjustable
• Front inverted forks from a 2004 KX 125 $800.00
• Pro circuit exhaust modified with megaphone $600.00
• 32 mm Flat-slide carburetor and controls $200.00
• 3 angle valve job and 32 mm porting to match bigger carb $250.00
• DP clutches and springs $100.00
• New "o" ring chain $90.00
• 14 teeth front sprocket $30.00
• BBR rear linkage $150.00
• BBR rev box $75.00
• BBR Big bore kit $175.00
• Engines only stage III cam (not installed, new in box)$225.00
• Maxis IT front and rear 90% tread left
• many other improvements. It comes with a starter.
I bought this bike brand new in 2004 at the local honda dealer for $3,800.00 All the parts in the list were professionally installed at the beginning of 2006. It has been sitting in the garage since. I spend more than $3000.00 in parts and labour. The parts that were replaced were good as new and I still got everything except for the stock exhaust. Don't let this opportunity go. Buy a very reliable and modified Honda crf 230 for the price of parts only. This bike will smoke any other 230's and will keep up with the 125's with no problems. Use it for trail-riding or racing. Suspension handles big jumps with no problems even doubles and stuff like that. Let me know if you got any questions or need more pictures. [email protected] $2000 shipping not included.

Give up my 230??? Aww HELL no! I sold the 450x the same day I bought it, to my brother. He was not going to get one on his own any time soon and I want to play with one first, then decide if I want one.
My 230 will forever be in my stable (.)

Good to hear Gal8x......I'd actually like to always keep my 230 also, if its possible, right now I really want a 250x and will have to let the 230 go in order to make that happen. If i can't sell my 230 soon i'll probably wait it out until winter is over in the hopes of keeping the 230 on top of buying the 250X. What model 450 did u buy? and how is it???

A 05 450x. Very clean and practically stock. A JD jet kit was installed and the air box opened but the baffle was never modified, I will fix that shortly and I will use JB weld to block the smog pump. The bike pops on decel something fierce! I’ll change the plastic guards for aluminum then call it quits. There are no plans to mod the 450 any time soon. Still working out how to put a steering stabilizer on the 230. Not to mention a rear disc brake.

BTW I turned a $3000 offer for the 230 down flat.
