I have a 2006 CRF230F i want to make it faster and stiffer shocks what all parts do i need please tell me

The cheapest way to make the forks and shock stiffer is to get the BBR springs.

What type of ridding will you be doing?

We installed the BBR springs and shock on our 230 and 150 and we have had great times at the local track. Our track consist of large tables and a few small doubles. We have not bottomed out at all but we had them installed at the local shop and he set them up for our size and weight. I am 200 pounds and my son is 155 pounds.
