what do you think about the factory clutch on the 230

Mine is a 2004 and works fine.

Doesn't matter what bike you have if you have to give it to the clutch where you ride they do wear.

I find because 1st is so low I do little slipping to get me through places.

I bought my 03 in Dec 02, so it has four years on it had the big bore and cam for more than a year. I'm 220# and it still works as good as it did new, but I don't abuse it I down shift.

I got and 06 230 and have no problems with the cluth whatsoever. It shifts just fine.............Don

thanks for your info i just got my bike it is a 2007 i love ridding it my neighbor went and got his kids 2 new hondas a 70/80 they are not scared of nothing they go up and down the biggest hills . it is rainig today if it stops im goning to play in some mud holes.z

I've had my 230 since Dec and ride it every weekend at the local track and the clutch has never given me lick of trouble.
