First off, I don't know how I stumbled upon this site but man am I glad I did. Awesome site Ken. I've been reading steadily for about two weeks now. Anybody from the gulf coast. It seems everyone is form Cali. or the northern states.

Here's my problem.....

I just rejetted, 132 main and new needle 3rd position, and did all the uncorking stuff but it will bog when you hit throttle fast from idle. If you twist the throttle just enough to get a fast idle and then rap the throttle it is fine. I tried moving the clip to 4th position but it does the same thing.

My friend has an '03 230f and his carb has an air/fuel screw that is ajustable my mine is not. How do you remove that brass insert to get to it. Is there even an adjustment screw under there or will I need the CRF's only screw.

Oh, one more thing. Am I supposed to remove the backfire screen in the airbox? I only removed the snorkel and the exhaust baffle.

thanks,
Bryan

Very funny palmrider!. I was in Los Angeles two months ago and I must say I was a bit jealous of the weather there.
