Shipping & Returns
Orders are processed during normal business hours and typically ship within 24-48 hours after being processed Monday through Friday. Occasionally, due to manufacture’s backorders or restock delivery delays, shipping within 24-48 hours is not possible. While these situations are rare they are out of our control. In the unlikely event we are unable to ship within 24-48 business hours of processing your order you will be notified by email.
To see our business hours go to our Contact Us page. Orders received within an hour of close or after buniness hours are processed the next business day. Email is the primary method for communicating with you about your order. Please provide a working email address and check it for updates.
At CRF’s Only shipping is free on any single order totaling $150 or more! Yes you read that correctly. Here’s the fine print on this offer:
1. Free shipping applies only to orders totaling $150 or more.
2. Free shipping applies only to orders shipped via ground to continental U.S. addresses.
3. Shipping requirements other than ground to the continental U.S. on any order over $150 will NOT be free.
4. Free shipping does NOT apply to orders shipped outside the U.S. or to Alaska and Hawaii.
5. Free shipping does NOT apply to Tires or other products noted in the product description
6. Tires shipped outside the lower 48 U.S. states will require actual shipping costs to be paid prior to shipping order
7. CRF’s Only will determine the best shipper for your order. If you require a specific shipper please select that shipper during checkout.
8. You must select the Free shipping option during checkout to receive free shipping.
During the checkout process you will be presented with shipping alternatives and the estimated cost of these alternatives. Currently we are utilizing UPS, FedEx and US Postal Service shipping services. Not all services are available for all shipping addresses. If insufficient shipping was collected at checkout you will be notified of the actual shipping costs.
NOTE: Expedited shipping options are not weekend delivery services. Shippers do NOT count the day the package is shipped as part of the time in transit commitment. Example: A package shipped 2nd Day Air on a Thursday will not be delivered until Monday. The first day counted as time in transit is Friday and the second day is delivery day on Monday. Weekend days are not counted as it is not a weekend delivery service.
Canadian Customers: Orders shipped to Canada via UPS Standard shipping will require UPS brokerage fees to be paid on delivery. If you select UPS Worldwide Express or Expedited these brokerage fees will be minimized or eliminated. Orders shipped via US Postal Service (USPS) will not incur brokerage fees. Although USPS shipping is initially more expensive than UPS Standard shipping, USPS will be less expensive since no brokerage fees will be applied upon delivery. In all cases orders shipped to Canada will require the customer to pay duties and/or taxes at the time of delivery. CRF`s Only will not be responsible for these brokerage, duties, or tax fees.

International Shipping: Orders shipped to international destinations may require additional shipping fees from those charged at checkout. It`s rare but occassionally a package is oversized, overweight, or over valued and requires the package to be shipped in multiple packages. In these cases, additional shipping fees will be required before we are able to ship the order.
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties and other fees required by the local government. These taxes, duties and other fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please make sure you are aware of these potential expenses prior to your purchase. Refusal to pay these fees will return the package to CRF`s Only and return shipping costs will be the customer`s responsibility.
NOTE: Do not refuse delivery for ANY reason. Return shipping costs for refusing to accept delivery are very expensive and will be your responsibiliy in addition to the original shipping costs. If a package is visibly damaged make sure to have the delivery person note this in their system. Accept the package and if there are damaged or missing parts please contact us.
In rare cases CRF`s Only will not be able to ship to the shipping address specified. Typically this is a result of signs there may be a risk of payment fraud. If possible always have us ship to your credit card billing address if paying via credit card or your ship to address in your PayPal payment if paying via PayPal. CRF`s Only reserves the right to determine the potential for payment fraud and take necessary actions to prevent this fraud.
UPS Shipping Options:
When selecting a UPS shipping option please remember the following:
1. We ship from Ontario, California
2. We do not offer a Saturday delivery when ordering online. If this is needed please email us using the "Contact Us" link.
3. Standard shipping options, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, and Ground are NOT Saturday delivery options.
4. When calculating the delivery date remember shippers do not count the day a package was shipped. Shipping options are time in transit only. Total time for order to arrive is processing time plus time in transit.
In the unlikely event there is an issue with an order you must notify us within one week of receiving your order. You can contact us at email@example.com.
In the unlikely event there is damage to a product(s) you must notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within one week of receiving the order. Keep the original shipping box and packaging material as well as the manufactures packaging. If the damage is visible prior to opening the manufactures packaging please do NOT open it. Again, retain all original shipping and packaging and notify us as quickly as possible. We can assure you we’ll resolve this in a timely manner.
We do not accept returns for products that have been used or removed from the manufactures packaging. Requests for returns must occur within two weeks from the order. All returns require a Return of Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #). To receive a RMA # please email us at email@example.com and include the following information:
• Order number.
• Reason for return each item
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. A restocking fee of 20% is required for all returns. Refunds minus restocking fees for authorized returns will be processed once the merchandise is received. No C.O.D. returns will be accepted. No returns without an RMA# will be accepted. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Orders that qualified for free shipping must maintain the free shipping qualification or the original shipping costs will be deducted from the return refund. Some items can not be returned such as batteries, some electronic/electrical items, undergarments, special order items, clearance and discontinued items, etc.
Exchanges also require a RMA # and as with returns shipping costs, both original and return shipping costs, are the responsibility of the customer. Products must be new and unopened from the orginal manufacturers packaging. Read the ‘Return Policy’ for information on requesting an RMA #. Requests for exchanges must occur within two weeks from the order. Exchanges will not be charged a restocking fee. Straight exchanges will be processed once merchandise is received. However, to expedite an exchange a “purchase and refund” process is available. No C.O.D. exchanges will be accepted. No exchanges without an RMA# will be accepted.
Incorrect, Defective, Mispackaged, or Damaged Products:
In the extremely unlikely event you should receive an incorrect, defective, mispackaged, or damaged product notify CRF`s Only immediately before taking any other action to remedy the issue. CRF`s Only will do everything reasonable to resolve the issue quickly and with as little inconvenience to you as possible. Your responsibility is to give CRF`s Only the opportunity to resolve this issue before altering the product or replacing it. If the product is altered without CRF`s Only prior written approval you will have forfeited any right to have CRF`s Only resolve this product issue. If you replace the product without CRF`s Only prior written approval the product will be subject to CRF`s Only Return Policy. Again, CRF`s Only has a stellar reputation for customer service. Please contact us immediately if there are any product issues and give us the opportunity to demonstrate to you our industry leading customer service.
In the event a product needs to replaced due to a shipping error or a defective, mispackaged, or damaged product, CRF`s Only or the manufacturer will only ship the replacement product(s) to the original shipping address. Shipping of the replacement product will be ground shipping unless the original shipping was expedited and a request is made to match the original shipping method. CRF`s Only will not ship the replacement product at a shipping level higher than the original shipping method. A return shipping label from the original shipping address will be sent with the correct product(s). Return product(s) must be returned within one week using the return shipping label provided to avoid being charged for the product(s). In some cases CRF`s Only can only ship the replacement product(s) once the return product(s) have been received. CRF`s Only or the manufacturer is not responsible for shipping expenses for any other location other than the original shipping address in the order.
