2005 crf250X... I already changed the seals and added 375cc in each tube.

My roommate has an oil syringe connected to a long, metal, measuring rod (like a dipstick)... I'm not exactly sure how to use it, but it's my roommate's and I'm sure he'll help me with it tomorrow, but he told me to get on the internet and find out how much to measure(huh??). I'm assuming he means how much air is in each fork???

I'm sure this makes sense to one of you, and I know my roommate knows how to use the dipstick thing, so please let me know what the measurement should be, and I'm sure he'll know what to tell me to do from there.

Thanks!
