    Knee Surgery Today!!

    by 124 » Thu Nov 12, 2009 7:02 am

Heading to the hospital in an hour. Getting the pops, clicks, and pings out of the left knee. Can't wait till I can ride without pain. Injured it in the spring and I've been fighting through it all season!

Plus I get to refill my Vic supply... ;)

    Wish me luck...

I'm back!! Little bit of carnage the doc didn't expect, but all is good. I feel good, but we'll see how it feels in the morning. Thanks all.

    knees are good..

    by Lars450X » Fri Nov 13, 2009 12:33 pm

Glad to hear your surgery was a success. Now get some rest and keep off that knee for longer than you want so it stays good..

Before you know it you'll be riding and jumping without pain.. oh and swelling... and you won't need the drugs to ride more...

So you mean the marbles and roll around your knee cap when you walk or straighten your knee isn't good? Getting older is always fun, kind like we need a Zerk fitting for the knee...

    No coma!! Lol...
Swelled up pretty good last night. Didn't ice it enough and about 3am let me know about my mistake. 4hrs later (7am) I finally caught up a bit. But not before I woke everyone in the house up trying to smash the bag of hash browns into small enough chunks. (Ran out of ice!! Doh!). Trying to keep the swelling down still...

A bit more painful than what I expected actually.

Got some 10.0-325 Norco's... Love em!! I'll have to try and save some for when I don't actually need them... ;)

Thanks for all the good wishes. Taking the boy riding tomorrow so I gotta get some rest. Good ingh

Like a vicodin, but more codine, less tylenol.
