thanks...the frame is powder-coated satin finish. your bike looks great! like the color scheme with the gold hub and silver rims. good job!

the frame guards are carbon frame guards we offer in our catalog. on the frame, you can steal the idea as long as you do two things for me ;-)

    1. post a picture of the finished frame and bike
    2. weight it before and after the powder coating. i didn't think to do this and everyone asks me how much weight does it add.

you have a deal and iv already stripped the frame, swing arm and rear subframe down just spent last 3 hrs getting it there(your a cadman)haha

also goig to see if possbale to have the top and bottom clamps done matt black too,
cant afford anymore trick bits the now(maybe the frame guards)
but id like to get the rear brake pipe brakcets and some other parts carbon just to finish it off but all takes time.

i bought the bik for £2500 had it a month and i recon iv spent about £1400 on it and iv stil to get new piston for he rebuild and little bits and pieces,
you are lucky to live in the usa parts are alot cheaper just we get hit with import duty and sometime shipping costs are a nightmare,
but maybe just maybe could start getting from yourself.

is it just the frame you want weighed? or frame, swing arm and rear subrame too?
ps are the crfonly stickers available might have a couple of free spaces somewhere lol

yeah...weigh all three before and after. just curious what the weight of the powder coating actually is.

yes, CRF's Only stickers are available.

I will be racing my 09 CRF450R next year in the AFM 450 class :) Should be interesting! Curious to see how the bike will run on the big tracks like ThunderHill and Buttonwillow! Should be fun!!
