wmdspalmer unfortunatly there is no really good tracks in greensboro. the closest is rolling hills, they have two tracks but only one is open for practice on a regular basis and it is not to impressive and they don't groom it till race season, but its fun. check out lake sugar tree its about an hour out of greensboro in axton va (lakesugartree.com)

Hey I live in Hendersonville Nc. If you dont own lots of land or want to drive 3 hours there is actually no place to ride. The hippies and mountain bike people have the woods secured pretty well. My crf 450 r is just collecting dust in the garage.

Im sorry to here about the hippies and liberals not letting you guys ride your bikes unless you have your own land .Thats just not fair .Im from NY. I was thinking og moving down there in about 7 years ,I hope there is still some riding left .i M REALLY SORRY TO READ that about the guy who has to go 3 hours to ride . I thought the south was still cool ...thats just depressing .

There is a facility in Gaffney, SC. I was there last year and it was very muddy and rutted out. More for utility 4 wheelers. I heard more recently it has gotten worse. You may want to check it out for yourself.

Whitemire OHV trails are nice to ride. Numerous loops for different skill levels averaging 14 miles.

TNT Motorsports in Chester, SC. Large facility with several tracks and trails for differnt levels of riding.

If you want to hit the Disney Land of motorsports and dont mind a short drive, Durham Town. Its below Athens, GA in the town of Union Point. Check out Durhamtown.com. Awesome place to ride!!!

I am fortunate enough to have several friends with private land with tracks. As long as I pitch in on the upkeep, I ride!!

Nice to meet you as well. My neighbor just bought an 07 crf230 and a 70 for his boy. He is looking for a 50 for his girl to ride.

This sport is definitely growing fast
