    Well........................

This Ole Hogger is starting his 4th week back @ the gym...... Boy do I feel better and have shedded a few pounds too. I can't wait to feel the HP gain on the Fo-Fiddy and my greater endurance level.

So tell me after this amount of time how is it? I told my wife I'm going to work on getting back into shape a little. I don't liike being shaped like a beach ball. I would like to drop about 30 lbs. to start. I'm 5' 10" and 235 lbs right now.

Start out easy!! Make excercise part of your lifstyle, just like a good diet. I'm not perfect on both, but I give it my best shot. Excercise is also a great stress relief as you know through offroading. It helps me cope with my 24/7 on call work schedule.

    Give it a try!!

I noticed a big difference @ KM in August. When I was your age and Dez Racing, I would bicycle alot to build my stamina.

Excercise does the body good..........

I have been hiking to the top of the mountain across from my house 3 times a week...3200 steps from the house(pedometer), I would guess 1 1/2 miles each way...I can really feel it in my legs standing most of todays ride was a piece of cake!!
