Your spine is made up of many small, inter-connected bones called vertebrae. These are separated by strong connectors called discs, which act as shock absorbers and allow the spine to bend. Most back pain is caused by a muscle strain or ligament sprain. However, there are serious conditions that require more immediate treatment. If you are unsure of the cause of your symptoms, you should be evaluated by a physician.

    Hi Lightflight,

I had a lower back surgery that kept me out the tracks for a year but also kept out of pain for three. Last year my back started to bother me again.

I did some research and came across the most effective treatment. Also the easier one. You need to change your movement patterns.

Check http://www.foundationtraining.com/ or google Dr. Eric Goodman.
